Home automation is easy with Bearbot, an emotive universal remote. Once tamed, Bearbot responds immediately to each of your commands. Perfom specific gestures to teach him how to control numerous household devices. Very expressive, your companion interacts with you but can still surprise you with spontaneous behaviors (sneezing, yawning and more...). Bearbot is available for adoption as well as his cub, mini Bearbot an infrared relay.
The WatchMe (Watchus cyclopus) is a newfound species, a (h)armless cyclops monster that was endemic to Vivien Muller’s office, east of France in the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia.
WatchMe has been selectively bred for months for various behaviors, cord management capabilities, and physical attributes.
It has no external ears and has very poor eyesight, however, it can be greatly improved by peculiar spectacles called « SmartWatch ».
The domestic WatchMe performs many roles for people, such as decorating a bedside, companionship, and charging a wearable technology.
A farmed WatchMe will be released soon if a large adoption campaign succeeds.
Electree is a modern sculpture imitating a bonsai, the leaves of which are small photovoltaic panel.
It allows to recharge your mobile devices without using any other energy than light.
Electree is delivered in modules which you assemble to create your own tree. This method makes it possible to produce an infinity of different shapes. You can model it according to your wishes and at the same time optimize the orientation of the photovoltaic cells and thus increase its effectiveness.
The 27 solar panels installed at the tip of the branches capture the solar energy which is then stored in the 2 500 mAh battery (an iPhone holds a 1 500mAH battery, for instance) located under the panel of the bonsaÏ.
Once charged, this accumulator feeds a USB port.
Electree can only be placed inside, ideally placed close to a window to capture a maximum amount of solar energy throughout the day.
Electree was produced in a very limited edition.
Inspired by bonsaï trees and fractal patterns found in nature, Electree mini provides solar-derived power to environments typically void of renewable energy.
The perfect appleWatch / smartWatch companion
Electree Mini stores solar energy in small batteries. You can use them directly to power your appliances, like a remote control.
Electree + USB will provide a 1A standard USB port. If you live in a sunny country, you’ll be able to recharge your smartphone everyday. Electree mini is also a formidable companion for your smart watch, even with a cloudy weather you'll always be able to recharge it.
Electree + LED turns your solar tree into a color changing lantern. It’s completely autonomous, since solar cells are light sensors, the module will automatically light up at dusk. To change color, you just have to rotate the Electree mini.
Fractal structures are often used to maximize performance of exchange surfaces, that’s why the radiator shape is inspired by the Peano space filling curve.
On the contrary to what it might seem ; this complicated volume is quite easy to build, the first modules are made of existing plumbing joins (a 90° M/F elbow) fitted together by rotation so it is unnecessary to produce a cast which already exists. Repeat the operation by using these modules instead of the initial join by join process to reach a second level, then redo the assembly one more time with this new component to fulfill the product. The final 34 cm³ structure achieves an excellent heat output thanks to a 2 m² surface area.
Plume (feather in french) Fountain Pen is designed to make sure that you make a subtle statement of fashion and trends and do it by showing plenty of respect for the past.
The ‘Feather Plume’ takes its inspiration from the age of Shakespeare and Keats and while it tries sketching up a perfect single sheet metallic feather, it gives your fountain pen the ‘Timeless look of Ages’
Mangrover is a pot / support for plants, particularly suitable for epiphytic plants such as Tillandsias, living without soil and root. They come in all shapes, colors and textures.
In nature, they grow on trees, rocks, cliffs, and various types of cacti. They absorb humidity to find water needed for their development.
As an industrial designer and eco-responsible human being, I’m always looking for ways to reduce waste, energy consumption and transport. That’s why I’m offering you this model. This way you can print it on your own device and thus produce this object at home.
I gave a lot of time to elaborate this product, so if you support my work you can donate for this design at the bottom of this website.
If you don't possess any 3D Printer, my partners at Concept Store 3D will gladly print one specimen for you :
This hut is unique and connected to the garden.
With a high degree of discretion in the design, it was possible to detach the idea of the traditional hut.
A structure inspired by nature quickly become obvious.
All living things are composed of basic patterns that repeat themselves as they grow. These fractals are particularly visible in plants and shellfish. The cabin structure is actually quite simple, it’s composed of concentric rings around a pivot axis. It is modeled on the same principle of construction observed in nature. This gives it an organic look that calls the visitor to his discovery.
The choice of steel, beyond its obvious strength, echoes the industrial heritage of my region. This material is already very present in the garden. It also helps make the lightest possible structure.
The long-term goal is that nature and visitor, appropriate the hut. Once completely covered with plants, the designer's work disappears to let a green blanket envelop its occupants.
Orkys captures energy in its 'leaves' to light its flowers.
The petals are adjustable to vary the light intensity and the sheets are flexible photovoltaic cells.
Inspired by a popular origami game, a cootie catcher or fortune teller. It’s made of 2 basic parts, 4 sections of 8 in aluminum pieces fixed together with nuts and bolts.
Each part maintains the others on their gravity center.
You can give the lamp any shape you desire it will always stay in balance.
Electree City is a tree whose leaves are solar panels. It is composed of modules to be assembled, which can produce an infinite number of different shapes and be transported easily. During installation, you can shape it by turning the modules to optimize the orientation of the solar cells and increase its effectiveness. The energy produced can be used in many ways, either consumed directly (charging electric bicycles, interactive video projection to guide passers, etc ...) or as an addition to existing power grids of a house or a city.
